Feeling sad and sorry for yourself, because all of your other collector buddies have larger and more impressive collections than your pathetic little shelf display?
We’ve all been there before, and have a perfect solution to ensure it never happens again. Pre-ordering products helps you avoid the pain and suffering making the process a hassle-free and enjoyable experience! Never again will others look at you and simply point and laugh at how pathetic and tiny of a display you have…the only person that will laugh at you will be your wife or girlfriend…that is if you have one…imaginary ones don’t count.
Every month there are dozens of new items offered by different manufacturers for pre-ordering. We will add these new pre-order items to our Site with an expected arrival date. Pre-order means we are taking advanced orders for the item. It has either not been released or has not yet arrived at our warehouse. The majority of the time we will not require any kind of deposit or payment when you place your pre-order with us. We will only charge your selected payment method when the item is in stock.
We make managing pre-orders simple and easy. From “Your Account” you can manage all aspects of your pre-orders:
- View all items you currently have on pre-order
- View updated arrival information
- Update shipping address
- Update shipping method
- Update payment method
Pre-order Arrival Dates
Pre-order items will always have an expected arrival date on the listing. These dates are provided by the manufacturer. We are constantly working together with our vendors to obtain updates. Once we know something has changed, we will update our listings to reflect the newest changes.
Sometimes pre-order items may miss the expected arrival dates to due to manufacturer’s delays. The expected arrival date is an estimate and there are no guarantees for exactly when pre-ordered products will arrive. There will be no compensation given for pre-orders that arrive later than their initial expected arrival date. We don’t recommend pre-ordering products as gifts or for special occasions that are time sensitive.

Due to the global COVID19 pandemic. Many manufacturers and distributors worldwide are shut down until further notice. Any item that are initially scheduled to be released during this time will be delayed until further updates from the manufacturers. We will continue to communicate with our suppliers and try to provide the most current release date information as we receive them. We thank you for your continued support and patience.
You can request for cancellation of pre-orders at any time prior to the item arriving at our warehouse. Any non-refundable deposits will not be refunded following our Cancellation Policy.
When you make a pre-order purchase with us, you will be entering a Billing Agreement with us that authorizes us to charge your order at the time of purchase. Please understand that some pre-order items may take from 6-12 months or more before they are released. We may or may not, at our sole discretion, contact you by E-mail notification prior to an item’s arrival in stock before we charge your pre-authorized payment method
Non-Refundable Down Payments
Some expensive or custom items may require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of order placement. We purchase the item on your behalf and want to be certain you really want it before we place our order with the manufacturer. You will have to agree to and pay the Non-Refundable deposit to place your pre-order with us.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your pre-order, your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
We may or may not, at our sole discretion, contact you by E-mail notification prior to an item’s arrival in stock. This will allow you to review your selected payment method, shipping address, and shipping method before your order is processed.
However, please note that we are unable to do this for all products. We are dependent on how much notification our vendors give us prior to them shipping our products to us. Most manufacturers do not have good communication and do not give prior notifications to us.
Due to the nature of pre-orders, pricing may sometimes change after we list the product for presale.
If the price is reduced and your item is still on pre-order, your price will be adjusted so you receive the lowest price automatically.
In some cases, we may not have exact pricing from our vendors when an item is listed for presale. If this occurs, we list the estimated price on the website with an explanation that the pre-order price will be adjusted when final pricing is known.
In very rare circumstances, the manufacturer may give a mandatory price increase on a pre-order item. This could occur when we receive a solicitation from a vendor with a pricing error or when product import tariffs are assessed by the United States government, which is out of our control. In the event that the price increases, we will notify affected customers immediately. As always you are free to request cancellation of your pre-order at any time. If it’s an item that required a non-refundable deposit and you wish to cancel your pre-order, your non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
We always do everything we can to fulfill every pre-order we take, but occasionally a situation may be out of our control. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will cancel it and fully refund you the original purchase amount including any previously paid non-refundable deposits, then contact you immediately. No compensation will be given for the inconvenience.
Pre-order Package Condition
When we offer TOYCO Package Condition options on a pre-order item we will do our best to ensure you receive the item in the desired condition.
If we are unable to send you the item in the condition you ordered we will automatically downgrade your selection to the next available condition option and refund you on the price difference accordingly. At our sole discretion, we may or may not contact you about the matter. If you are unhappy with the product you receive you may return it to us following the guidelines in our Return Policy.
Pre-order Misuse and Abuse
We offer our customers the convenience of not having to put a deposit down for preorders. The majority of our customers use our pre-order system honorably as intended. However, there are some that repeatedly misuse and abuse our pre-order system. If we determine a customer is abusing the system, by cancelling pre-orders more than twice with us, we may require a non-refundable deposit or full payment upfront for every pre-order placed by that customer in the future. At our sole discretion, we may close a customer’s account completely and all accrued points on the account will be cancelled and forfeited.

- What is the pending charge on my PayPal?
- That is your pre-authorization for us the charge once the item is in stock. The funds will not be taken out of your PayPal account until the item is in stock and we process your order.
- Can I cancel my pre-orders?
- You may cancel your pre-orders, but any customer that cancels more than two pre-orders with us will require paying a non-refundable deposit or full payment upfront for all pre-orders.
- When a pre-order item is in stock, how soon will you ship?
- We typically process all in stock orders within 3-4 business days.
